Referral Experts at Homes & Ranches
Are you a socially or professionally well-connected Personality ?
If you don't want to take an active role in Real Estate you still
can earn fees as a Referral/Leads Expert by making connections,
providing Seller Listings, or Buyer Listings of people you are
connected with who want to either sell or buy their Property through
Homes and Ranches LLC. And since we are all over Florida you might
know a circle of friends and colleagues who would enjoy our
professional attention with Real Estate in the Sunshine State.
Referral/Leads Experts need to have:
- A solid long-term resource of Company connections, and/or
- A solid long-term affiliation with a School or University (Alumni)
- A broad social network of friends and/or fellow colleagues interested in buying or selling property
At Homes and Ranches we believe that our Client's satisfaction is our absolute Priority. All our efforts are initiated and structured by this goal. If it is preparing a Seller's Property and setting the right price for the market or if it is a Buyer who also needs support in relocating his family or business. No challenge is big enough that we wouldn't have a plan for making these Clients happy.
How the Referral/Leads Expert Program works
- Simply refer your circle of friends to Homes and Ranches when they want to buy or sell real estate
- Simply refer your fellow colleagues to Homes and Ranches for their Real Estate needs
- We pass this referral along to a Homes and Ranches Broker or Sales Associate, who does the work
- You collect a fee for providing the referrals/leads - It's that simple
